From 01.09.2023, all our customers can only pay by CREDIT!
1) der 4eSport customer account must be topped up so that the bills are automatically deducted. You can top up your customer account at any time. ( the possible amounts in € are: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 or a desired amount XXX / Payment method: by bank or PayPal) - - Fund account
2) we distance ourselves from all customers who do not accept our new payment service, from September 1st, 2023 all customers with open payments including products / licenses will be terminated and customer accounts will be deleted! Thus, no negotiations or the same will be possible.
As a customer, you are obliged to top up your customer account yourself so that your products can be billed. If your balance does not cover the invoice amount of all your products, the system will automatically switch you off, you will receive a email with a payment deadline of 7 days as a reminder, the payment is still not deducted from your balance as per the email deadline communicated The product will be deleted from our system.
